少し前に、最初にデータベースをコピーする際にこの問題が発生しました。

アプリの最初の実行時にcsv形式のリソース(アセットまたは未加工)を使用して、データベースを最初から作成することになりました(明らかに、これには少し多くのスペースが必要になる場合があります)

Androidの外部でデータベースを作成する場合、Androidフレームワークに必要なSQLiteDatabase.NO_LOCALIZED_COLLATORSテーブルが含まれていないため、データベースを開く必要があります。android_metadata

したがって、次のようにデータベースを開きます。
