The Bat内でメールを表示すると、プレーン バージョンと html バージョンが正しく表示されます。Mozilla Thunderbird 11.0.1 内では、プレーン バージョンは表示されず、縮小された html バージョンが表示されます。

ロジックにエラーがありますか、それとも Thunderbird が失敗しただけですか?

は必要ありません。$fancyすべてを に追加して$msgください。

Content-Transfer-Encodingヘッダーの方が優れているbase64かquoted-printable. それはより確実です。

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64

Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
