私は今日、これと同じ問題に遭遇しました。私の秘密鍵は、ログインに使用したアカウントが所有していませんでした。

他の人は、自分のアカウントがキーの所有者であることを確認してください。私の場合は、別のアカウントからコピーされたものではありませんでした。

@lumssh -i /path/to/key -vT git@github.comが指摘したように実行すると、秘密鍵にアクセスする権限がないことがわかりました。キーの所有者を変更すると、問題が修正されました。
