警告1警告C4627：'#include'：プリコンパイル済みヘッダーを検索するときにスキップされますc：\ Documents and Settings .. ..

「プリコンパイル済みヘッダー」に含まれるものを意味します

#include "stdafx.h"

含まれる最初のヘッダーである必要があります。
