サービス セキュリティ構成の追加仕様はありますか? 1 つのメッセージだけでなく、複数のメッセージ交換 (ws-trust) が必要になるようです。また、サンプル メッセージは、wcf で直接サポートされていない ws-addressing バージョン 2004/03 を使用しています。これはすべて、あなたのケースでは問題になる場合とそうでない場合があります（STSを直接操作するだけかもしれません）

あなたの当面の質問に答えるために、あなたの設定はセキュリティヘッダーのいくつかを発行する必要があります。なぜそうではないと思いますか？WCF ログにはセキュリティが表示されません (トランスポート レベルでログを記録するように構成されていない場合)。フィドラーを使用して、実際に何が配線されているかを確認します。
