ruby-on-rails - Railsルーティングの動作がおかしい

Question

突然、Rails アプリケーションの動作がおかしくなりました。編集ページに画像を添付してフォームを送信するとshow、更新アクションの代わりにアクションが呼び出されます。画像を添付しなくてもOKです。
