ライブラリに依存するファイルの後に、gcc/g++ コマンド ラインでライブラリを指定する必要があります。だから試してください：

g++ -IC:/MinGW/include/ test.cpp -lpthread

答えに出くわしたとき、私は自分自身を蹴りました（ライブラリとgccの一種のFAQです）。ほとんどの gcc オプションの順序は重要ではありませんが、ライブラリの場合は重要です。

pthread ライブラリが MinGW ディストリビューションに付属している場合は、ライブラリ パスを指定する必要はありません (あなたの場合のようです)。また、上記のコマンド ラインによってa.exe実行可能ファイルが生成されることにも注意してください。-o test.exeそれを避けるために渡します。
