間違っている場合は訂正してください。ただし、RADIUS サーバー (SNDA-192-168-21-78) に対する SNDA-192-168-14-131 の IP アドレスは 58.215.164.98 ではありませんか? そうでない場合は、それがあなたの答えです。RADIUS サーバーは、clients.conf で構成された NAS に対してのみ、正しいシークレットで機能します。

192.168.14.131 (ホストの IP アドレスの場合) を client.conf に追加してみてください。
