SQLDeveloperで次のクエリを使用してテストマージを行うと、すべてうまくいきます。

ただし、jdbcを使用してコードで実行しようとすると、BadSqlGrammarExceptionがスローされます。原因は次のとおりです。java.sql.SQLException：ORA-00900：無効なSQLステートメント

おそらくすでにこれに対応していますが、クエリで一重引用符をエスケープする必要がある場合があります。

また、Oracleにクエリを渡すとき（私の場合はOPENQUERYを使用してSQL Serverから）、セミコロンを使用すると、そのOracleエラーコードでクエリが失敗することもわかりました。

ステートメントの最後からセミコロンを削除するのと同じくらい簡単かもしれません
