周辺機器モードでTICC2540USBドングルを使用していて、BToolを使用してアドバタイズを有効にしたいのですが、デバイスは次のように応答します。

タスクを実行する準備ができていません

アプリケーションコードで初期広告の有効化を設定できることは知っていますが、手動で広告を設定したいのですが、誰か助けてもらえますか？BToolのログは次のとおりです。
