エラーを取得する方法を実行します。
- 新しいプロジェクトを開始します
- 新しい VirtualEnv を作成し、ベース インタープリターとして Python 2.7 を選択します (継承するグローバル パッケージのチェックを外したままにします)。
- [インストール] をクリックし、Django v1.4 を選択します。
Djangoプロジェクトの種類を選択- ティック
Enable Admin - 開いて
settings.py追加sqlite3DATABASES:ENGINE - 走る
sync.db - データベースのスーパーユーザーを作成するポイントに到達する
- ロケール エラー
問題は、getdefaultlocale() メソッドが何も返さないこと (つまり、None) にあるようです。

TypeError: decode() argument 1 must be string, not None
ただし、virtualenv を有効にして、次のコードworkon MyApplicationで実行するpythonと:
