Web サービスの美点と考えられるのは、クライアントが何であるか、またはサービスの基礎となる実装が何であるかは問題ではないということです。

あなたが言ったコントラクトを使用して、必要に応じて、または可能な方法でプロキシを構築します（多くの人はWCFを使用すると言います）。次に、必要に応じてサービスを呼び出します。SOAP アドレスが異なると想定しているため、(コマンド ライン引数で) パラメータ化してください...
