spring-orm.jar が見つからないようです。

これが Project lib フォルダーにあることを確認してください。

Maven を使用している場合は、以下を追加する必要があります

    <groupId>org.springframework</groupId>
    <artifactId>spring-orm</artifactId>
    <version>${spring.version}</version>
