これはあなたの問題の1つかもしれません:

for (int i=1;i<16;i++){

「i」は1ではなく0に初期化する必要があると思います。ウィキペディアのコードは次のように表示しているためです。

また、ラウンドごとに「b」を更新する場合は、次のように実装します。

b = b^(rotateL( a ^ f ^ k[i] ^ m[g] ,r[i]));

しかし、ウィキペディアページの参照コードは次のように実装しています。

b := b + leftrotate((a + f + k[i] + w[g]) , r[i])

参照コードはこれらすべての値を足し合わせるだけであり、xor(^)演算子を使用していることに注意してください。

他にも問題があると思われるので、参照コードを使用して実装を再確認する必要があるかもしれません。
