Heroku アプリで次のコマンドを実行しようとしています。
heroku db:push postgres://username:password@localhost:5432/db_name
過去 3 か月間、同じコマンドを何度も使用して成功しましたが、今日は機能しなくなりました。サイズが 5MB に達するとすぐに動作を停止したようです (現在は約 8MB の大きさです)。問題は、共有データベースの料金を支払い始めたので、20GB のスペースを許可する必要があるということです。
