plone_kssスキンにレイヤーがありません。ZMI に移動し (サイトのセットアップを介して、または Plone ホームページに /manage を追加して)、portal_skins ツールを見つけ、プロパティ タブでスキン レイヤーを確認します。plone_kssカスタムレイヤーの前にレイヤーがリストされていることを確認してください。
