Magentoのページネーションに問題があります。

デフォルトcatalog.xmlを見ると、ツールバーが次のように含まれていることがわかります。

</block>

同様の方法でそれを含めましたか？

他に見るべき場所はtoolbar.phtml、必要なものがすべてそこに含まれているかどうかを確認することです。
