呼び出しているサービスのセキュリティ構成を制御できませんでしたが、同じエラーが発生しました。クライアントを次のように修正できました。

  1. config で、セキュリティ モードを設定します。

外部サービスを呼び出すサービスを Azure のステージング環境にデプロイした後、今日同じエラーが発生しました。エラーなしで外部サービスと呼ばれるサービスをローカルにしますが、展開後はエラーになりませんでした。

最終的に、外部サービスには IP 検証があることが判明しました。Azure の新しい環境には別の IP があり、拒否されました。

したがって、外部サービスの呼び出しでこのエラーが発生した場合

IP 制限の可能性があります。

開発マシンでこの問題が発生しました（本番環境は問題なく動作します）。匿名アクセスを許可するように IIS の構成を変更し、自分の名前とパスワードを資格情報として入力します。

私が確信している最善の方法ではありませんが、テスト目的では機能します。
