java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Lorg/hibernate/cache/CacheProvider;

プロジェクトに行方不明hibernate-core.jarのようです。それを CLASSPATH に追加します。スタックの残りの部分と互換性のあるバージョンを選択してください。
