スプレッドシートから（辞書アドオンを使用して）データをワードドキュメントのセットブックマークに転送する方法を探しています。

最終製品は、スプレッドシートのデータの各行を反復処理する必要があります。次に、データを現在のブックマークに単語で入力します。次に、前のブックマークを削除します。次に、ループを続行します。

しかし、Excelからブックマークにデータを一度に渡すだけで誰かが私を助けてくれるなら、そこから簡単に実行できるので、本当に感謝しています。
