クライアント オブジェクトを初期化していません。チュートリアルをもう一度参照すると、次のように表示されます。

client = client.DropboxClient(sess)

クライアント モジュールの DropboxClient メソッドを呼び出す前に、sess オブジェクトも初期化する必要があります。

sess = session.DropboxSession(APP_KEY, APP_SECRET, ACCESS_TYPE)

アプリケーションを登録するときに、必要なすべてのパラメーター (つまり、APP_KEY、APP_SECRET、ACCESS_TYPE) が割り当てられている必要があります。
