おそらく、あなたのファイルはサポートされていないプロファイルを使用しています。公式のメディア形式ページには、H.264 AVC でサポートされているベースライン プロファイルのみがリストされていることに注意してください。

この stackoverflow questionで提案されているように、ベースライン プロファイルを指定してビデオをトランスコードしてみてください。つまり、コンテナーが MP4 実行の場合:

ffmpeg -i yourfile.mp4 -c:v libx264 -profile:v baseline -level 1 yourfile_BaselineProfile.mp4

これが機能する場合、コードの問題ではありません。サポートされている形式を使用するだけです。
