OpenCVライブラリとのリンクを忘れているようです。また、OpenCV 2.4に対してリンクしている場合は、SIFTに対してリンクする必要があるopencv_nonfreeという名前の「非フリー」アルゴリズム用の新しいライブラリがあることを忘れないでください。
