Governance Registry API を使用してサービスを登録したいので、次のようなコードを書きました。

これらのサービスは、実際のサービス エンドポイントではありません (アプリケーション サーバーでホストされているような)。Governance Registry には、実際のサービスのコントラクトの詳細 (wsdl、ポリシー、スキーマ、エンドポイントなど) を格納しています。
