私は実際に問題を見つけました...

Gemfile.lockをリポジトリに保持し（これをお勧めします）、WindowsマシンでそのGemfile.lockを生成すると、基本的に失敗します。

WindowsマシンからのGemfile.lockはこれを行います：

bcrypt-ruby (3.0.1-x86-mingw32)

そして、本番環境（Linux）では、これは黙って失敗します。

「解決策」： バージョン管理にGemfile.lockをチェックインしないでください。これは後で問題を引き起こす可能性がありますが、再デプロイしてアプリがGemfile.lock自体をビルドするためにgemを更新することを決定した場合。

「本当の解決策」： Windowsで作業しないでください。

リポジトリからGemfile.lockを削除するには、次のようにします。
