あまりにも多くのメモリを割り当てようとしています。サーバーエラーが発生しなくなるまで、半分にカットしてみてください。

@DaveRandomに同意します。1024x768の画像を配置したときに$qで同じエラーが発生しました。これは、サイズが78メガピクセルでRGBがほぼ240MBになる画像に相当する10240x7680を作成しようとしました。

$ qを1に設定すると、コードは正常に実行され、結果の画像のコーナーはうまくカットされました。
