しかし、クライアント接続を開いてから再度閉じて再度開こうとすると、サーバーは既に閉じています。複数の人が接続できる無限の接続を維持できるようにしたい。どうすればこれを行うことができますか？

サーバーでこのコードを試してみてください。複数のクライアントで構成されているため、サーバーは常にリッスンし続けます。

try/catch ブロックを「while」ループに移動します。それが良いサーバーになるというわけではありませんが、ビットはクライアントの切断に耐える必要があります。
