使用する：

CGContextSaveGState(context);
CGContextSetShadow(context, CGSizeMake(1,1),1);
//draw text here
CGContextRestoreGState(context);

最初のパラメーターはコンテキスト、2 番目のパラメーターはオフセット、3 番目のパラメーターはぼかしです。
