django appフォルダーにvirtualenvを作成し、そこにすべてのpython依存関係をインストールしました。私のDjangoプロジェクトはthemeと呼ばれているので、themeフォルダーにはpythonlibsを含むvenvフォルダーがあります。実行するpython manage.py syncdbとスローされError was: No module named postgresql_psycopg2.baseます。トレースバックは次のとおりです。

しかし、Pythonコマンドラインからpsycopg2をインポートしようとすると、機能します。
