私はここで非常に基本的な間違ったことをしていると思います。リストアダプタによって生成されているeditTextフィールドを編集できません（テキストボックスが表示されています。フィールドにカーソルを置くことはできますが、テキストを入力/削除することはできません） ）。これが私のコードです。

EditTextの代わりに使用しないでくださいTextView。

更新: 最初のパスで誤解したようです。おそらくrepaymentAmount編集できないということです。右？はいの場合は、次の行をコメントアウトしてみてください。

viewHolder.repaymentAmount.addTextChangedListener( ...
viewHolder.repaymentAmount.setEditableFactory( ...

まだ編集不可のままですか？

プロパティを使用して edittext を有効にし、Listener を設定するだけです。完了後に edittext にテキストを入力すると (または onfocusChangedListener を使用すると)、必要な textview への変更が反映されます。
