その結果、5 人の友人の jpg を作成するアプリを開発しました。写真に写っている人物にタグを付けるアプリが必要ですが、機能していません。エラーが発生しないため、コードは有効であるように見えます。

https://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/api/user/#photostagsは、/me/photos への投稿時にパラメーターが受け入れられるとは言いません。

写真を投稿した後にタグを追加する必要があると思います- ここを参照してください: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/api/photo/#tags
