Pow はおそらく、「bundle exec」プレフィックスを使用してアプリを起動しようとしています。つまり、アプリは Gemfile にある gem のみを表示します (より正確には、現在の環境のグループにある gem のみを表示します)。

異なるバージョンの同じ gem を使用する複数のアプリを使用できるため、これは素晴らしいことです。Rails 2 を使用するアプリと Rails 3 を使用する別のアプリがあり、どちらもシステムにインストールされていますが、最初のアプリは Rails 2 に依存していると言っています。その Gemfile ともう 1 つのファイルでは、Rails 3 を依存関係として指定しています。

簡単に言えば、アプリにアクセスする前に、Gemfile で各依存関係を宣言し、「bundle install」を実行する必要があります。

もう 1 つのアドバイス: 使用している rake とバンドラーのバージョンを指定することを忘れないでください。これにより、prod サーバーではなく開発システムでこれらの gem をアップグレードするときに命を救う可能性があります。
