常に戻り値を確認してください。

ResumeThreadすでに閉じられているハンドルを呼び出そうとしています。戻り値を確認した場合、この関数が成功していないことに気付いたはずです。これにより、問題が何であるかがわかります。

CloseHandle(piProcInfo.hThread)から削除するCreateChildProcessと、への呼び出しResumeThreadが機能します。

子プロセスがいつ終了するかがわかるように、子プロセスを作成した後も閉じg_hChildStd_OUT_Wrている必要があります。g_hChildStd_IN_Rd
