昨日は正常に動作していましたが、現在は動作していません。以前のエミュレータを削除して新しいエミュレータを作成しました。これらも動作せず、上記と同じエラーが発生します。助けてください。

タスク マネージャー -> プロセスに移動し、プロセス「adb.exe」を終了します。エミュレーターと Eclipse を閉じて再起動します。それはうまくいきます。
