JavaFXは、デフォルトの列サイズ変更ポリシーを変更するメカニズムを提供します。列のサイズ変更ポリシーをCONSTRAINED_RESIZE_POLICYに設定すると、テーブルビューのサイズが変更されたり、個々の列のサイズが変更されたりしても、すべての列の幅の合計がテーブルビューの幅を満たすように制限されます。これはおそらくあなたが望む行動です。
