ダイアログは、ユーザーがインストールした OS の言語で表示されます。

言語、ローカリゼーションを手動で定義する方法はありません。

それでも必要な場合は、自分で作成するか、Telerik コンポーネントなどのコンポーネントを使用して自分でローカライズする必要があります。ただし、これらのコンポーネントは明確ではありません..
