これは5.0のバグです。-Drebel.log = trueをVM引数に追加すると、ログは{user.home}/。jrebel/jrebel.logに書き込まれます。

また、起動スクリプトを置き換えるのではなく、[JRebelで実行]ボタンから始める方がよいでしょう。
