以下に示す Create Deployment メソッドにアクセスしようとしています http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windowsazure/ee460813 BLOB にパッケージをアップロードし、構成ファイルを参照しました。Azure portal でパッケージと構成ファイルを手動でアップロードしようとして、正常に動作することを確認しました。以下は、"AzureEcoystemCloudService" がパッケージをデプロイするクラウド サービス名であるデプロイを作成するために記述したコードです。

  But every time we are getting the below error from the line

  response = (HttpWebResponse)request.GetResponse();

Azure REST API でのリクエストに問題がありました。WebException の応答を読み取ることは非常に貴重です。

これにより、リクエストの根本的な問題について十分な情報が得られます。

Azure SDK 2.2 の時点で、ここのドキュメントは間違っているため、構成文字列を base64 でエンコードする必要はありません。したがって、base64 へのすべての byte[] 変換を行う代わりに、UFT8 文字列を渡すだけです。
