この .h ファイルのように、scrollView の IBOutlate を追加します。

@property (strong, nonatomic) IBOutlet UIScrollView *scrollView;

および.mファイルで

@synthesize scrollView;

そしてxibでファイルの所有者からscrollViewにControl-DragしてIBOutlateを割り当てます
