この線 ：

が問題です。

次のように書きます。

Write-Host (" Path+Filename = {0}({1})" -f $ScriptPath, $PowershellDeploymentScript)

が文字列書式演算子よりもパラメータ-fとして取られていました。-ForegroundColor
