インストール/アップグレードの問題は、「インストール中にすべての更新サイトに連絡して、必要なソフトウェアを見つける」ボックスのチェックを外すことで解決されました。

回避策を見つけました: Glassfish+glassfish ツールを手動でインストールしてみてください (ヘルプ -> 新しいソフトウェアのインストール...)。更新サイトはhttp://download.java.net/glassfish/eclipse/junoです。

これにより、アプリ サーバー全体がインストールされますが、後で削除して独自のものを追加できます。
