私はC#でプログラムを書き、データベースをローカルデータベースとエンティティフレームワークとして使用しています。プログラムを完成させ、それを展開するためのインストーラープロジェクトを作成しました。データベース (.sdf) ファイルをインストーラープロジェクトの Model フォルダーに含め、すべての dll ファイルを C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server Compact Edition\v3.5 の Application フォルダーに含めました。

マシンにSQLServerCompact3.5ランタイムをインストールする必要があります。CompactEditionのインストーラーを独自のインストーラーに含めることができます。
