そのため、最終的に私が行ったのは、インストール前にコマンドラインから IIS をインストールし、インストール後に IIS を適切なアプリケーション プールなどに登録する、C# でコード化された別の実行可能ファイルを作成することでした。次に、PrepareToInstall で Inno Setup を介して実行可能ファイルを呼び出して IIS をインストールし、CurStepChanged で IIS を登録しました。
