ヌルポインターエラーが発生しています。ボタンを System.out.print で印刷してみましたが、うまくいきました。何が悪いのか本当にわかりません。私も初めての投稿なので、間違っていたらすみません。コードは次のとおりです。

JTextField tfield = new JTextField("old text");

成功する

tfield = new JTextField("old text");

（tfieldメンバーがインスタンス化されるように）、すべてがうまくいくはずです:)
