C++ コードを実行して、過去 1 時間にわたってデバッグを試みました。チェックし続けていますが、何が間違っているのかわかりませんか?

間違ったユーザー/パスワードを入力してもコードに問題はありませんが、正しく入力すると logincheck=actionvalue を入力すると、以下に示すようにエラーがスローされます。

次の行が原因である可能性が高いようです。

result[i].push_back( std::string( (char *)sqlite3_column_text( stmt, i ) ) );

によって返される値はsqlite3_column_textNULL になる可能性があるため、std::string のコンストラクターに渡す前にチェックする必要があります。以下のように変更してください。
