StrictMode違反は、ANRの問題を引き起こしているUIスレッドでSQLiteクエリを実行していることを示しています。

別のスレッドでデータベースの相互作用を実行してみてください。これにより、ANRの問題が防止され、これらのStrictMode違反が表示されなくなります。
