WebPIは時々（私にとっては）ひどいことがありました。

MSIを自分でダウンロードしてインストールすることをお勧めします。

ただし、事前にVS2010用のSP1をインストールしていることを確認してください。

ステップ2が完了するのを10分以上待った後、私はグーグル検索をすることにしました。「asp.netmvc4インストーラー」について、グーグルは「asp.netmvc4インストーラーがハングする」ことを提案しました。このスレッドを読んでいる間、インストーラーはステップ3に進みました。したがって、30分ほど待つことをお勧めします。
