Web アプリケーションはユーザー アカウントで実行されますが、そのアカウントはおそらく既定のプリンターを定義していません。ほとんどの場合、システム内のプリンタへのアクセス権限すらありません。

アプリを実行するアカウントと印刷権限をいじる必要があります。
