I am trying to use MySQL for the first time in Java. I've followed this tutorial and I'm able to write some code, yet I'm not understanding where I'm going wrong. I get the following message:

The program doesn't even reach the main class where the debug stop point is placed.

うーん、正確に何が起こったのか本当にわかりません。「新しいJavaプロジェクト」のチュートリアルと同じ手順を実行し、現在動作しています。

msg と program は、デバッグ停止ポイントが配置されているメイン クラスにも入りません。

これは、実行方法に何か他の問題があることを意味します。ビルドに Maven を使用している場合、NetBeans は Maven pom をプロジェクト ファイル形式としてネイティブにサポートしているため、このプロジェクトを NetBeans で簡単に開くことができます。この方法でコードを問題なく実行できる場合は、NetBeans に切り替えます。
