一部のgemはコンパイルが必要ですが、これはjsongemの場合です。

ダウンロードページから入手できるRubyInstallerのDevKitをインストールすることで、ほとんどのgemのコンパイルの問題を解決できます。

ダウンロードしたら、RubyInstallerwikiページのインストール手順に従ってください。

インストール後、新しいコマンドプロンプトを開き、問題のあるgemをもう一度インストールしてみてください。

gem install json

これは、DevKitが適切にインストールされていることを考慮しています。RubyInstallerメーリングリストで説明されているように、DevKitのインストールを強制できます。
